Brian has over 18 years of experience in the design, building, operations, maintenance and financing of major infrastructure projects. His wealth of experience in construction/engineering, combined with his expertise in project funding/finance, provides a rare combination of skills that is valuable in all stages of the infrastructure development process. Brian was named to ENR's top 20 under 40 in 2019.
Additionally, Brian has a track record of proven leadership as an entrepreneur and Army officer. During his eight years of service in the Army, Brian led engineering operations in challenging environments around the world. Brian received a Bronze Star and was named Engineer Platoon Leader of the year in 2011 for his service in support of OEF in Afghanistan where he personally led over 30 combat engineering missions including route improvement, bridge construction, route clearance and FOB/COP construction.
